Semmelknödel in Essig und Öl

Zubereitung

  • Zwiebel schälen und in feine Scheiben schneiden. 
  • Semmelknödel ebenfalls in Scheiben schneiden und auf einem Teller anrichten. Zwiebel darauf verteilen und mit Essig und Öl marinieren.
