Geröstete Semmelknödel mit Ei

Zubereitung

  • Zwiebel schälen und fein schneiden, Semmelknödel in Scheiben schneiden.
  • Zwiebel in etwas Öl glasig anschwitzen, Semmelknödel dazugeben und von beiden Seiten gut anrösten.
  • Eier in einer Schüssel verquirlen und über die Semmelknödel gießen. Pfanne mit einem Deckel abdecken und oben lassen bis die Eier gestockt sind.

    Have you ever considered about including a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and all. But think about if you added some great visuals or videos to give your posts more, "pop"!
