Bunte Kürbis Cake Pops

Zubereitung

  • Eier und Staubzucker sehr schaumig rühren, Öl langsam dazugeben und alles gut durchrühren.
  • Mehl mit Backpulver, Natron und Zimt vermengen und  gemeinsam mit den Nüssen und Kürbis zum Teig geben. Kurz durchrühren.
  • Cake Pops Form mit etwas Öl bepinseln, den Teig bis zur Hälfte einfüllen, den Deckel darauf legen und bei 180°C ca. 10 Minuten backen.
  • Auskühlen lassen.
  • In einem kleinen verschließbaren Glas Feinkristallzucker füllen, Lebensmittelfarbe in einigen Tropfen Wasser auflösen und in das Glas geben. Glas verschließen und gut durchschütteln bis sich die ganze Farbe auf den ganzen Zucker verteilt hat. Zucker nun entweder über Nacht trocknen lassen oder im Backrohr trocknen. Durch einen feinen Sieb streichen.
  • Cake Pops in geschmolzene Butter tunken, im bunten Zucker wälzen und auf ein Stäbchen (oder Zahnstocher) stecken.
