Cake Pops Form mit etwas Öl bepinseln, den Teig bis zur Hälfte einfüllen, den Deckeldarauf legen und bei 180°C
ca. 10 Minuten backen.
In einem kleinen verschließbaren Glas Feinkristallzucker füllen, Lebensmittelfarbe
ineinigen Tropfen Wasser auflösen und in das Glas geben. Glas verschließen und gut durchschütteln bis
sich die ganze Farbe auf den ganzen Zucker verteilt hat. Zucker nun entweder über Nacht trocknen lassen oder im Backrohr trocknen. Durch einen feinen Sieb streichen.
Cake Pops in geschmolzene Butter tunken, im bunten Zucker wälzen und auf einStäbchen (oder Zahnstocher)
